Silent Waves™ Yin — Only at Dimitra Yoga

This is unlike any yoga class you’ve tried before.

Slip on wireless headphones and drop into your own private world — long, supported yin postures held in gentle warmth let the body slowly unwind, while music and gentle guidance take you deeper within. Journaling moments woven throughout give what surfaces in the stillness somewhere to land.

No noise. No distractions. Just you.

All levels welcome. Spots are limited.
