Pre-workshop material preparation instructions:

Please gather your materials before coming to the workshop. Head to a place you feel connected to, like a forest, beach, park, or even your backyard. Pick up natural items such as sticks, nuts, seeds, leaves, rocks, shells, feathers, flowers, and petals. Really take in the moment: notice the feel of each item, the warmth of the sun, the sounds around you, and immerse yourself in the surroundings.

Think about what you want to get out of the workshop while you collect these items. Choose each piece with purpose, reflecting on the feelings or memories they stir within you. This mindful gathering will help deepen your connection during the mandala workshop, making the experience even more meaningful.

How to prepare for the workshop:

  • Before the session, it's advisable to avoid heavy meals and refrain from drinking large amounts of liquids.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, that allows you to move freely and relax fully. Choose clothes that won't restrict your movements or distract you, ensuring a more focused and enjoyable session.

  • Before joining the workshop, take a moment to reflect on what brings you here. What are your goals or intentions? What do you hope to achieve?

  • Embrace your emotions with acceptance and openness, rather than suppressing or judging them.

  • Come with a mind ready to explore and learn, setting aside preconceived notions, judgments, or critical thoughts about the practice for yourself or others.

  • And remember, it's perfectly fine to pause or step back if you ever feel too much intensity or discomfort. Choosing is more important than doing. Your well-being is paramount.
