Breathwork + Journaling with Abby at Dimitra Yoga

Join me for a powerful, heart-opening practice that blends conscious connected breathwork with journaling for integration and self-discovery. Using silent disco headphones and an immersive soundscape, you’ll be guided through rhythmic breathing designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and awaken inner clarity.

We’ll begin with grounding and intention setting, creating a safe and supportive space to arrive fully in your body. From there, we’ll move into the breathwork journey—an experience that can be deeply restorative, emotional, or even surprising. We’ll close with guided journaling and reflection, offering you space to process insights and carry them into daily life.

Breathwork is a practice of presence, healing, and transformation. Each month explores a new theme, inviting you to deepen your relationship with your breath and yourself in fresh and meaningful ways.
